    Representatives from Canada, Japan, and the United States attended an informal meeting at the U.S. Annual Hydrogen Conference to continue discussions concerning the formation of an international joint working group on hydrogen.
  • PBS Series Features Hindenburg
    In a Public Television series revisiting famous mysteries in human history, hydrogen is absolved of its infamous role in the Hindenburg airship disaster.
  • Secondary School Invitational
    The DOE/NHA Secondary School Invitational held in conjunction with the NHA Annual Conference hosted 100 middle school students from the Metro Washington area for the premier global event in hydrogen education.

    A workshop on developing a blueprint for a hydrogen refueling infrastructure held in Sacramento, Ca, by the U.S. Department of Energy, California Air Resources Board, and California Energy Commission, set a timetable for the hydrogen community for providing the hydrogen infrastructure.

    NHA staff visit the SunLine Transit Company in Thousand Palms, California [U.S.A.], which is developing a training program on alternatively fueled vehicles for mechanics and transit authorities.

  • 11th Hydrogen Meeting Set for February
    NHA’s 11th Annual U.S. Hydrogen Meeting will take place 29 February to 3 March 2000 at the Sheraton Premiere Hotel at Tyson’s Corner in Vienna, Virginia, U.S.A.
